Shipping & Return
The gift cards are digital and will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout. The gift cards are valid in our online store. A unique code is included, which you enter at the checkout, and the amount is automatically deducted. If you prefer a physical gift card, please specify this in the order notes. In that case, the delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Shipping and Delivery
- Free shipping within the UAE.
- International shipping (Middle East): AED 50–200.
- Orders ship within 1 business day.
- Delivery time: 1–3 days (UAE), up to 7 days (international).
- Same-day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 1 PM.
- Tracking details are emailed once your order is shipped.
- No delivery to PO Box addresses.
Customs and Duties

Returns
- Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 working days.
