We will then process your order and once your order has been dispatched with the courier company we will send you another email with the shipping tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment. Please kindly check your email and spam settings as occasionally automated emails can be re-directed in your mailbox.

You can securely complete your purchase using Stripe. All Stripe transactions are encrypted and processed safely to ensure a smooth checkout experience. We also offer Ziina as a fast and secure payment option. You can pay directly at checkout using Ziina. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you face any issues or do not receive a confirmation, kindly email us at info@carolinesvedbom.me.
Cash On Delivery:
Please note that the option Cash on Delivery is only available in Dubai. With the Cash on Delivery option you are required to settle the full amount to the courier representative when receiving the shipment. Please make sure to have the exact invoice amount available as the courier representative does not always have access to change. Same day delivery is available in Dubai for orders before 1 pm.
